Relax in the River

Relax in the River
Self experience - delight, sadness etc. is normally
felt as friction and can be extremely uncomfortable,
something to be avoided.
But in the liberated state there is no friction,
one feels relaxed and transparent.
The World however acts as a mirror
and delight or sadness are seen all around.
It's like being carried by a river.
If the river is turbulent one feels the friction and
is very aware of danger and the need to act, and
if the river is smooth one feels safe and at ease.
It is the river banks that are flowing by.

Angel Time
Time and Space are very different in the
Mythical Realm, looking very similar to each other.
Location and infinite dispersion co-exist as does
immortality and change - eternity and time existing
within each other.
It takes a bit of getting used to!
Belief

Belief
I haven't been a particularly positive minded
person and I never try to believe anything,
but many times in my life I have been possessed
by an unexpected sense of shear belief -
absolute inevitability about something,
and no matter how unlikely the outcome
I have been completely unconcerned -
I know it's going to happen.
This feeling has never been wrong.
If you want to open to belief, don't bother
playing with your mind.
Belief doesn't live there, it lives in vision.
Belief is in spite of thought, not because of.

"Me"
This whole work is "Me". What I am finding is,
that if you declare yourself totally and truthfully
- bare your soul, you will never have to guard
yourself in any way ever again.
Tremendous Energy - Tremendous Freedom.
This work is a process as well as a result.
Of course, you have no Self to declare until
you have got past all the lies you have been fed.

Mind Labyrinth
My big number was always fear, the fact that
I knew this fear to be baseless didn't help,
it meant I was mad as well as frightened,
a situation that was more frightening still.
I have a friend, his big number is shame.
Again he knows it is completely unjustified,
so he feels foolish for believing it and more
ashamed still.
Escaping the Labyrinth is more or less
a Miracle.
Born Again?

Born Again?
According to Buddhism, the greatest folly is
to claim a spiritual state that you haven't
reached. To be 'Born Again in Christ' means
a profound change in consciousness whereby
you become the centre of your own unique and
fabulous vision of life and your work is to
manifest this vision in the world. It has nothing
to do with subscribing to a second hand set
of ideas.
If you have not yet opened to your own vision,
it can be a great help, and exciting, to hang
out with someone who has.
Be careful - the dark side has its Prophets also.
Check out the followers rather than the central
figure. Look for unguarded openness and a
great sense of humour.

The Goose is Out!
There is a famous Zen riddle:
A Zen Master says to his disciple -a baby goose has been put into a glass bottleand fed so it has grown to fill the bottle.I want you to tell me how to get the goose outof the bottle without harming the goose orbreaking the bottle. The disciple comes to the Master for weeksand every day the Master angrily rejects hissuggestions. Then one day as the disciple isleaving the Masters presence the Master clapshis hands and shouts "The Goose is Out".Instantly the disciple goes into a state ofSatori (vision of reality).
I have known this story for twenty five years
and reluctantly agreed to a few explanations,
but only today did I see my own vision of
Understanding.
When we are born we are put in a bottle.
The bottle is cultural conditioning - shame,
guilt, taboos, beliefs etc. etc. And we grow
to fill the bottle. When the Master clapped
his hands the exhausted mind of the disciple
collapsed and he was left standing in the
reality of Now. He sees there is no bottle and
there never was a bottle, he was only told
there is and everyone believes and agrees
there is. All was illusion - The Goose is Out!

images and doing the layout.
It feels so good, like it has a life of its own,
a third entity and we just empowering it
with channelled stuff.

Sorted Mind
In a correctly functioning and harmonious
mind, vision and inspiration is the managing
director, emotion and passion is the middle
management and thinking mind is the
workforce.
Unfortunately for most people the workforce
has taken over the management and all
is chaos and confusion.
